Responsabilidades clave: • Definir y priorizar el product backlog (entorno Jira) asegurando alineación con negocio y usuario, • Traducir necesidades de Customer Care y ecommerce en user stories claras y accionables, • Liderar la evolución de una plataforma omnichannel definiendo funcionalidades e integraciones, • Actuar como punto de unión entre negocio, stakeholders y equipo técnico, • Coordinar con equipos de desarrollo en entorno ágil (Scrum/Kanban) y participar en ceremonias, • Validar entregables y asegurar la calidad y el valor de negocio de cada release, • Definir prioridades teniendo en cuenta impacto, complejidad técnica y experiencia de usuario, • Impulsar la mejora continua del producto en base a métricas y feedback de usuario, • Realizan conceptualizaciones con UX y Usuarios.
