We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing • Design and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategy, • Build scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activation, • Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions, • Define integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehouses, • Lead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practices, • Support activation use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, • Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and implementation partners, • Review existing environments and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and usability, • Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance requirements including GDPR and CCPA, • Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform enhancements What We’re Looking For • Strong Salesforce architecture experience with hands-on exposure to Data Cloud, • Experience delivering enterprise-scale customer data and integration solutions, • Strong understanding of data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, and customer data platforms, • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, data lakes, and middleware platforms, • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Ability to work across both technical and business teams, • Salesforce certifications preferred What’s In It For You • Flexible / hybrid working, • Opportunity to shape enterprise customer data strategy, • High-impact role within a growing Salesforce landscape, • Collaborative and fast-paced environment, • Learning, development, and certification support
