ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for leading the local brand activation, product launch, and brand growth strategy, ensuring integrated and consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints. The role combines strategic thinking, consumer understanding, executional excellence, and commercial orientation to accelerate brand consideration, sell-out, and sustainable growth of priority categories. Acts as the main integrator between brand, product, media, retail, digital, and sales functions, transforming regional strategies into actionable and relevant plans for the local market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Activation & Growth Strategy • Define and lead the local Brand Activation and Go-To-Market strategy aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities., • Develop 360° activation plans for campaigns, product launches, and key business moments., • Identify growth opportunities based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive dynamics., • Ensure consistent brand execution across all online and offline channels., • Manage the annual activation calendar, optimizing investments and resources to maximize commercial impact. Product Launches & Category Growth • Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring excellence in execution and compliance with timelines., • Coordinate sell-in and sell-out activities, adapting regional strategies to local market needs and ensuring conversion of investment., • Monitor the commercial performance of launches and categories, identifying optimization opportunities., • Collaborate with Product Management to provide consumer, retail, and market feedback for future innovations. Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence • Analyze consumer, competitor, and market trends to identify growth opportunities., • Transform insights into communication, content, and activation strategies relevant to the target audience., • Monitor brand, category, and campaign performance to generate actionable learnings. Brand Management & Communication • Lead initiatives aimed at driving brand growth, awareness, and cultural relevance., • Ensure the correct implementation and alignment of brand identity, positioning, and, • messaging across all channels., • Identify opportunities for relevant partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand, • visibility. Digital, Social Media & Content • Lead the local content, social media, and influencer strategy to strengthen engagement, • and brand consideration., • Manage the editorial calendar, community growth, and the execution of digital campaigns., • Monitor performance metrics and optimize results throughout the conversion funnel. Media, PR & Earned Media • Define and coordinate the media, PR, and earned media strategy in collaboration with agencies and stakeholders., • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, and strategic partners., • Drive brand and product visibility through organic coverage and editorial opportunities. Cross-Functional Leadership & Agency Management • Lead cross-functional coordination between marketing, product, sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, and other key stakeholders., • Manage external agencies, ensuring alignment with objectives, priorities, and brand standards., • Ensure efficient and coordinated execution of all activation initiatives. Budget Management & Performance • Manage and optimize the marketing and activation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources., • Monitor KPIs related to brand performance, campaigns, launches, and commercial results., • Maximize return on investment through results-oriented management and continuous improvement. KEY REQUIREMENTS • At least 10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Activation, Go-To-Market, or similar positions within multinational companies and dynamic environments., • Experience leading integrated campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel activations., • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and performance-driven marketing., • Fluent English (minimum C1). Native Spanish., • Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
