Para nuestro local en el centro de Palma buscamos un Pizzaiolo/a que se quiera unir a nuestro equipo de personas entusiastas, con buen rollo y ganas de disfrutar del trabajo juntos. FUNCIONES • Antes del servicio preparación de la mise en place y asegurarse que su zona de trabajo está correctamente preparada para el servicio, • Preparación de la masa según la receta de A Gogò Pizzabar para el día siguiente, • Gestionar las comandas, priorizando los pedidos, teniendo en cuenta los tiempos de servicio., • Preparación de las pizzas, abriéndolas a mano, siguiendo nuestros estándares y recetas, • Colaboración en la creación de la pizza del mes y estacional, • Cuando no hay trabajo en pizzería, ayudar en cocina, • Preparar los pedidos de take-away, • Al terminar el turno revisar los ingredientes que falta para el siguiente turno y hacer el pedido con el encargado, asegurándose que nunca falten los ingredientes, • Revisar y mantener las zonas limpias de pizzeria y los ingredientes en nevera para asegurarse la máxima calidad y frescura, • Después del servicio limpieza y mantenimiento del horno, tanto el exterior como el interior, y limpieza de la zona de pizzería guardando todos los ingredientes de forma ordenada en las neveras, etc., • Residencia ya en Palma, graduado escolar y contar con el permiso de manipulador de alimentos, • Tener experiencia cómo pizzero de mínimo 1 año, • Pasión por la cocina, vocación de servicio y búsqueda continua por la excelencia, • Interés en el aprendizaje continuo, creatividad, flexibilidad e iniciativa, • Imprescindible saber trabajar en equipo, siempre con respeto y educación independientemente del nivel de carga de trabajo y estrés. Trabajamos en un ambiente distendido, dónde nadie es superior al otro, ya que todos somos parte del mismo barco y ejercemos una función importante que hace que podamos navegar juntos hacía la meta, • Meticuloso, responsable, limpio, ordenado y metódico SE OFRECE • Contrato indefinido con salario fijo según experiencia + propinas, • Seguro médico privado, • Navidad (24 y 25 diciembre) y Fin de año (31dic-1ene) libres ya que creemos que es importante poder disfrutar de estos momentos en familia, • Horario fijo, sin variaciones semanales. Department: Management About you Skills required: • Excellent communication skills, • Experience in managing teams, • Good commercial skills Minimum requirements: • Experience as Deputy Manager in an urban hotel, at least 4 years., • Academic Degree, technical certificate level, preferably in Tourism, Hotel or equivalent, • Fluent in English, spoken and written., • Experience in comprehensive management of the hotel, management, operational and customer manners. Language required: English.
