The Role: As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations)., • Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio of 90-100 accounts, • Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities., • Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets., • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams., • This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment., • Background in the MarTech industry (preferred)., • Fluent Spanish and English (essential), • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus., • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
