ph3PURPOSE SCOPE OF THE ROLE /h3 pThe Strategy Business Specialist supports the Digital Grid leadership team in the definition, deployment and execution of the Digital Grid Strategy and Transformation agenda, with a strong focus on software growth acceleration, ARR expansion, operational performance and strategic alignment across regions and functions. /p pThis role acts as a strategic support to Strategy Transformation Office, providing project management skills, connecting strategy, finance, commercial execution, operations and data technology. The position contributes to long‑term strategic planning, annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, open lines, leadership interlocks and key transformation initiatives, ensuring that strategic ambitions are translated into clear priorities, governance, KPIs and executable action plans. /p pThe role reports into the Digital Grid Strategy Transformation Office and works closely with Sales and Finance and the Senior Leadership. /p pKey attributions: /p ol liStrategy Planning Deployment /li liSupport the definition and execution of the Digital Grid multi‑year strategy, including growth ambitions, software ARR targets, portfolio priorities, and market focus. /li liContributes to annual operating plans and strategy deployment, leveraging Hoshin methodology and Digital Grid Transformation Program Levers. /li liConduct structured strategic analyses and studies, including market trends, business performance, portfolio mix, and regional dynamics. Support the definition and execution of the Digital Grid multi‑year strategy, including growth ambitions, software ARR targets, portfolio priorities and market focus. /li /ol ol liPerformance Management, Governance Business Insights /li liWork closely with Strategic Priority and Lever Leaders to drive structured reviews, progress tracking, and reporting on key strategic and transformation initiatives. /li liPrepare and analyze key business data and reporting, including scorecards, lever KPIs, and financial operational performance views (e.g. PL, pipeline, ARR, bookings, etc). /li liIdentify performance gaps, risks and opportunities, translating insights into fact‑based, actionable recommendations for leadership. /li liPartner with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between strategy, forecasts, pipeline sufficiency, and financial outcomes. /li /ol ol liTransformation Execution, Cross‑Functional Alignment Change /li liFacilitate cross‑functional working sessions to resolve interdependencies, unblock execution issues and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives. /li liSupport execution coordination across regions and functions to ensure consistent transformation progress. /li liCo‑lead strategic change management and communication plans, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across stakeholders. /li /ol h3Performance Targets /h3 ul libStrategy Transformation Progress: /b contribution to Digital Grid transformation progress against key EM Best‑in‑Class metrics. /li libStrategy Execution: /b effectiveness and rigor of strategy deployment and transformation initiative execution. /li libBusiness Quality /b: accuracy, consistency and on‑time business performance reporting and insights. /li /ul h3Competency Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, finance, or commercial roles. /li liKnowledge about project management (internal or external) /li liStrong analytical capabilities, including business performance analysis, financial understanding, and KPI frameworks. /li liDigital Grid market knowledge: understanding of solutions and software sales processes, utility industry practices and go‑to‑market strategies. /li liData analysis and reporting: proficient in analyzing finance and sales data, creating reports, dashboards and forecasts that drive actionable insights to improve sales performance. /li liProcess Improvement: Expertise in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline strategy deployments and enhance overall execution performance. /li liExcellent storytelling and executive communication skills (slides, narratives, synthesis). /li liProficient in English, both oral and written /li liAbility to coordinate several tasks at the same time /li liStrong time‑management and organizational skills /li liSkilled in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc) /li /ul pbWhat's in it for me? /b /p ul liLead meaningful projects with high visibility and direct impact on organizational success /li liCareer growth opportunities with access to training, mentorship, and professional development /li liCollaborative, inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and innovative thinking /li liFlexible work arrangements that support your well‑being and work‑life balance /li /ul pBring your project leadership expertise to a team that's ready to welcome you — apply today! /p pAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
