The Role of Pastry Sous Chef: The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a pastry sous chef to join our team. The main duties to perform are: Executing the instructions of the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef. Assist in training, development, of employees in the Main Kitchen through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. The majority of customers are friends, and the bartenders who work here have always become a part of our community. We mostly sell copas, beer, shots and cocktails. Shifts are usually Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm until late (sometimes finishing after last metro). Wages would depend on experience and will increase the longer you stay.
