We are growing and looking for a commercially driven, confident, and entrepreneurial person to help us expand our presence in Spain. The role We are looking for a freelance Business Development Representative based in Spain, ideally in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla or Málaga, with availability to travel within the country when needed. This is a role for someone hungry, proactive, and comfortable opening doors in premium environments. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, presenting Bottegaria and its products, managing follow-ups, and driving opportunities toward closed orders in coordination with the CEO. You will also manage the relationship with the clients you bring in, helping generate repeat business and long-term value. What you will do: • Identify and approach potential clients across Spain, • Build a qualified pipeline of restaurants, hotels, gourmet retailers, and hospitality groups, • Conduct cold outreach by phone, email, and other relevant channels, • Organise and attend in-person visits or online meetings with prospects, • Present Bottegaria, our value proposition, and our product portfolio to prospects, • Follow up consistently and professionally with leads in the pipeline, • Coordinate negotiations and commercial discussions with the CEO when needed, • Maintain strong relationships with your clients after the first purchase to encourage recurrent orders, • Report results, pipeline progress, and commercial insights directly to the founders Who we are looking for: We are mainly open to junior profiles, but this role requires maturity, confidence, and strong commercial instinct. We are looking for someone who can represent Bottegaria in a premium setting with the right language, posture, and presence.     We are a modern, patient-centered GP practice serving a diverse international community. Our target patients are Spanish-speaking individuals in Galway City, so we are seeking a GP who can consult confidently in Spanish and English. Role & Responsibilities • Provide high-quality general medical care to private patients., • Conduct consultations in Spanish and English., • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions., • Perform routine health checks and preventive care., • Maintain accurate electronic medical records., • Work collaboratively with nurses and administrative staff. Essential Requirements • EU-recognised medical degree (Spain or equivalent)., • Eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of Ireland on the Specialist Registrar for General Practitioners., • Minimum of 2 years' experience in General Practice / Family Medicine., • Fluent Spanish., • Good working proficiency in English., • Ability to work well as a member of a team. The Role We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager who thrives in an autonomous role and acts as a trusted commercial lead, identifying new opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationships. This person will develop strategies tailored to our customers — all while leveraging inte-QT’s cutting-edge global platform and internal tools. What You’ll Do Strategic Sales & Business Development • Identify and acquire new customers among Telcos, Carriers, System Integrators, and SDWAN partners., • Develop regional or vertical-focused go-to-market strategies., • Own and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through deal closure. Customer Success & Growth • Nurture existing accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities., • Understand customer technical and commercial drivers and translate them into winning solutions., • Collaborate with Sales Support, Product, and Delivery teams to align customer needs with our services. Autonomy & Ownership • Operate as an independent commercial partner within inte-QT’s framework., • Actively use our internal tools and platform to manage pricing, quoting, and tracking. What You Bring • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in telecom, IT, or managed services)., • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach., • Proven ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles., • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)., • Comfort with CRM systems, quoting tools, and remote collaboration platforms., • Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected with a global, agile team.
