The successful candidate will partner closely with Sourcing Commercial teams, Trading Hub and Finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, robust forecasting and performance analysis that support strategic decision-making. /p pThe role combines advanced analytics, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities to drive a deeper understanding of topline performance and support better commercial decision-making. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwns the analysis and explanation of Sourcing topline performance across regions, products and segments, ensuring clear visibility of key performance drivers. /li liSupports the Sourcing Budget and Forecast processes, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure robust assumptions and accurate performance projections. /li liAnalyzes topline variances versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, identifying key drivers related to volume, mix, trading conditions and sourcing initiatives. /li liPartners with Pricing and Trading Hub teams to understand topline evolution and Trading Margin performance, identifying key profitability drivers. /li liBuilds scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of changes in sourcing activity, product mix and market conditions. /li liProactively identifies risks and opportunities and provides actionable recommendations to support commercial and management decision-making. /li liDelivers regular performance reporting and ad-hoc analyses for Finance, Commercial and Senior Management stakeholders. /li liDevelops and maintains analytical tools, dashboards and automated reporting solutions. /li /ul h3Skillset and Experience Required /h3 ul li2–5 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Finance, Trading Performance or a similar analytical role within a multinational environment. /li liAbility to understand financial and operational data, synthesize findings and provide actionable business recommendations. /li liStrong experience of BI tools and data visualization, particularly Tableau. /li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. /li liExperience with SQL and Python is a plus. /li liExperience in forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis is highly desirable. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. /li liAbility to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment. /li liFluent English required; Spanish is an advantage. /li liExperience within the travel, hospitality or tourism industry is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWithin an innovative, engaging and multicultural environment. /li liOpportunity to build strong and lasting business relationships and friendships from around the world. /li liOpportunity to develop your career locally or within one of our beautiful working locations across the globe. /li /ul pAt HBX Group, we believe diversity fuels innovation and strengthens our mission to make travel a force for good.
