Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the IT Manager is responsible for ensuring functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation. Responsabilidades: · Asegurar una correcta ejecución y control del plan de negocios y logro de los objetivos de ingresos, KPI de gestión y rentabilidad. · Coordinar las actividades de control, contabilidad, tesorería, auditoría interna y análisis financiero. · Análisis de datos y tendencias del mercado para la toma de decisiones estratégicas informadas. · Colaborar en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias a largo plazo para el crecimiento del grupo. · Colaborar en la formación de la plantilla para que puedan desempeñar sus funciones con la máxima eficiencia y de la manera más productiva. · Mantener actualizada toda la normativa de actuación relativa a los aspectos administrativos de los departamentos de la compañía. · Supervisar políticas de RRHH y cumplimiento de normativas laborales. · Colaborar en la creación y actualización de políticas y procedimientos internos, igual que en la formación de la plantilla para lograr una máxima eficiencia. · Identificar áreas de mejora e implementación de estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia general de los servicios. · Cooperar con departamento de Marketing y Ventas para optimizar los ingresos de trabajo de cada departamento. · Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y promover el trabajo en equipo entre el personal. Buscamos a alguien apasionado/a por la cocina italiana, que posea muy buenas habilidades culinarias y cumpla con los estándares de calidad del establecimiento.
