About Events Arena Events Arena is a Barcelona-based B2B travel agency specialising in premium sports and cultural event packages across Europe. As an official distributor for major sports events — football, F1, MotoGP, rugby, tennis, basketball — we work exclusively with professional clients through long-lasting partnerships. We're looking for a rigorous, operationally sharp Logistics & Supply Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics and supply operations. The Role You will be responsible for the full logistics chain at Events Arena: coordinating event operations, managing client documentation, supporting ticketing procurement, and ensuring seamless execution across every package we deliver. This is a hands-on role with operational responsibility and close collaboration with our reservations, ticketing and travel sales teams. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics • Overall supervision of package and event logistics, • Coordination of operational deadlines before, during and after each event, • Weekend operations management, • Anticipating on-the-ground constraints and managing emergencies proactively Vouchers & Documentation • Preparation, review and dispatch of client vouchers, travel documents and tickets, • Preparation and sending of rooming lists to hotel partners, • Ensuring document compliance and accuracy across all client files Ticketing Procurement • Active involvement in non-contractual ticket purchasing decisions: coordinating on volumes, priorities, and supply arbitrage, • Monitoring supplier conditions and availability ahead of key commercial peaks Internal Support & Coordination • Logistics interface between reservations, ticketing and packages teams, • Daily monitoring of internal tools with proactive reporting of key operational insights, • Contribution to continuous improvement of logistics and supply processes What We're Looking For • Strong organisation and anticipation skills, • Rigor, precision and operational reliability, • Analytical mindset applied to operational data, • Ability to use AI tools in internal workflows and dispatch processes, • Clear cross-team communication, • Resilience, autonomy and team spirit, • Sound sense of priorities under pressure, • Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a strong plus. Contract & Working Conditions • Full-time, permanent contract, • Based in our Poblenou office, Barcelona, • 40 hours/week — 9:00 to 18:00 with 1-hour lunch break (flexible as needed), • 23 working days of annual leave, • Salary based on experience and profile, • Variable bonus of up to 20% of gross annual salary, based on individual performance and company results How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter in English to Please include 'Logistics & Supply Manager' in the subject line.
