IT Governance Analyst - Enterprise Architecture Location: SPAIN - remote. Full-time The IT Governance Analyst is responsible for ensuring transparency, accuracy, and structural alignment of the organization's IT landscape. This role focuses on maintaining and governing the Business Application & IT Service Inventory, applying Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles to model relationships between business processes and technical components. Key Responsibilities: IT Inventory Registration & Lifecycle Management • Maintain and govern the lifecycle documentation of IT assets and applications., • Ensure data quality and attribute accuracy (e.g., ownership, hosting model, lifecycle status)., • Define and enforce onboarding processes for new applications., • Manage decommissioning processes for legacy systems., • Document and maintain structural relationships between Business Applications and other components of the Information Domain Model., • Apply Enterprise Architecture best practices to create and maintain visual IT landscape models., • Ensure alignment with organizational EA standards and TOGAF principles., • Represent IT Governance requirements towards Architecture and related functions., • Act as an interface between IT Governance, Architecture, Security, and Risk teams., • Guide Application Owners through application assessment processes (Scoping / Fit-Gap analysis)., • Coordinate CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) evaluations with Application Owners., • Define Business Criticality levels based on CIA assessment., • Provide visibility into the IT landscape (inventory overview, obsolescence, criticality levels)., • Define and maintain IT landscape KPIs and dashboards., • Application Owners, • CIO / IT Leadership, • IT Governance, • Enterprise Architecture, • Information Security / CISO, • Risk Management & Internal Audit, • 3–5 years of experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management (ITSM), or similar roles., • Experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) or managing complex IT asset inventories., • Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred)., • Experience documenting IT applications and mapping them to business processes and capabilities., • Solid understanding of the CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)., • Strong Enterprise Architecture modeling capabilities., • Experience with EA tools (e.g., Ardoq or similar) is a plus., • Advanced Excel / data structuring skills., • Knowledge of IT lifecycle management (onboarding to decommissioning). €1,200 annual individual training budget.
