Cocinero. Turnos sueltos. Disponibilidad flexible. 📍Kitchen staff. Casual shifts. Flexible availability. Start dates as needed. We cook with charcoal and run a kitchen with solid culinary foundations. Small team, high standards. We’re looking for someone with kitchen experience who can step in when we need cover — for holidays, sick days, or short-term reinforcement. This isn’t a fixed position from the outset, but it’s not a one-off either. If the fit is right, the shifts can continue on an ongoing basis. It’s a support profile — someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen, adapts quickly, and can be counted on when something comes up. What the job involves • You cover shifts as the team needs them — mornings, lunchtimes, whenever, • You slot into our system quickly without needing to be hand-held, • You help with prep, mise en place, and whatever the shift requires, • Cleaning and washing up are part of the role — same as everyone else on the team What we’re looking for • Real professional kitchen experience — you don’t need to be a head chef, but you need to move with confidence, • Someone used to adapting — you walk in, read the kitchen, and get to work, • Flexible availability — this suits someone who already has a part-time job or is looking for extra hours, • Reliable. If we agree you’re coming in, you show up What we offer • Shifts according to availability and need, • Remuneration per shift, • A small, direct team If you have the experience and the availability, get in touch.
