Revlon, a leading global beauty company, is looking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Cosmetics (Hair) to ensure that products are manufactured and distributed in full compliance with applicable legislation and internal company policies. Position Overview Act as the Regulatory point of contact for the Hair category, ensuring full compliance with cosmetic regulations and internal standards. Support product development, launches, and lifecycle management from a regulatory perspective. Key Responsibilities • Provide regulatory approval and guidance for new raw materials, prototypes, finished products, product copy, labeling, and artwork., • Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory legislation and guidelines, ensuring timely awareness of changes and potential business impact., • Define and communicate regulatory strategy to adapt to new regulations and follow up on Business Continuity projects related to upcoming requirements., • Lead and contribute to regulatory projects aimed at improving, streamlining, and harmonizing regulatory processes., • Review existing workflows and recommend, implement, and document process improvements (e.g., formula review workflows, labeling guidelines)., • Support Regulatory & Safety teams in maintaining regulatory and safety data in SAP, including raw material composition, formulas, regulatory statements, and safety-related information., • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of regulatory data and provide guidance or training to system users when required., • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners., • Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with internal and external requirements., • Provide clear regulatory advice, pragmatic risk assessments, and compliant solutions aligned with business needs. Requuirements • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar)., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the cosmetics industry., • High level of Spanish and English (C1), • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
