We are a specialist recruitment and talent platform dedicated to the global HotelTech industry. Why this role exists With a growing pipeline, active partnerships, and demand from high-growth clients outpacing our delivery capacity, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves execution and wants zero responsibility for business development. This role exists so the founder can focus on partnerships, growth and client relationships while you fully own search execution. Your mission Own the end-to-end delivery of contingency recruitment roles across EMEA and North America , working directly with founders and senior leaders in the HotelTech ecosystem. What you’ll be responsible for • Owning end-to-end delivery for assigned HotelTech roles, • Building and refining scalable delivery processes from scratch, • Onboarding new clients and running detailed role briefings, • Translating briefs into strong, qualified candidate pipelines, • Proactively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals), • Screening and qualifying candidates across skills, motivation and salary alignment, • Building clear, high-quality longlists and shortlists, • Writing sharp, concise candidate summaries, • Managing candidates through interview stages and offers, • Partnering closely with the client on final shortlists and hiring decisions, • Managing candidate communication and experience end-to-end, • Keeping searches fast, clean and transparent, • Flagging risks early (drop-off, misalignment, availability) What you won’t be doing ❌ Business development ❌ Cold outreach to clients ❌ Admin-heavy CRM work ❌ Micromanagement ❌ Attending events ❌ Being forced to post content or create social media videos Who this is for You’ll thrive here if you: • Love search & delivery, • Are structured, calm and detail-oriented, • Get satisfaction from filling roles properly, • Are happy working behind the scenes, • Prefer autonomy over politics, • Want a generous commission structure whilst not being forced to do BD.
