As Digital Enablement Manager (located in Sant Cugat, Spain), you will proactively identify and drive digital opportunities that support our needs and positively impact process efficiency. Acting as a true ambassador for procurement digitization, you will provide strategic thought leadership in a dynamic global environment to ensure digital tools are seamlessly aligned with our overall business objectives. • Reporting Line: Directly to the Digital & Process Management Lead; part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), • Stakeholders: Cross‑functional relationships with DOP Leadership Team, CoE Leadership Team, DOP Category, DOP Delivery, IT, external providers, and internal process owners, • Role Type: Individual Contributor focused on digital enablement, stakeholder advisory, and transformation governance, • Impact: Drive global operational efficiency, process compliance, and large‑scale digital adoption, • Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and govern the digital enablement strategy, set objectives, timelines, and performance indicators to monitor the impact of digital tools on procurement outcomes, • Technology Assessment: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, RPA) to enhance procurement processes, conduct pilot programs, and align initiatives across functions, • Stakeholder Advisory & Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT, fostering an inclusive, collaborative approach to digital transformation, • AI Pipeline: Spearhead AI transformation by coordinating and/or building cutting‑edge AI solutions in close collaboration with RSS Demand to Pay and Roche Digital Technology (RDT), • Value Communication: Highlight ROI and impact of digital initiatives through data‑driven presentations, success stories, and progress reports to senior stakeholders, • Process Improvement: Analyze current procurement activities to pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks, using data to prioritize areas for digital intervention and automation, • Implementation & Adoption: Guide digitalization projects, create clear roadmaps, liaise with external partners, and promote seamless adoption through training and communication, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred, • Experience: 5–7 years in a digital transformation role, with at least 3 years specifically within procurement; solid track record of implementing procurement technologies and understanding best practices, • Digital & AI Knowledge: Understanding of emerging digital solutions, including AI models and machine learning; familiarity with e‑procurement platforms, SRM systems, and spend analytics, • Process & Project Management: Deep understanding of procurement business processes and proficiency in project management methodologies, resource management, and milestone tracking, • Analytics & Problem Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and patterns, and address operational challenges with innovative solutions, • Change & Matrix Leadership: Excellent matrix leadership skills; ability to inspire, guide, and motivate diverse teams in a collaborative environment; experience managing change and driving adoption activities, • Mindset & Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset; active listening, willingness to experiment, and openness to feedback, • Languages: Business‑level fluency in English required Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
