What You’ll Do • Build and execute a full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound to close., • Design and refine our sales processes, playbooks, tools, and success metrics., • Work directly with leadership to define the GTM strategy and growth roadmap., • Manage your own pipeline, drive predictable revenue, and close enterprise-level deals., • Set the foundation for scaling the team — including hiring, onboarding, and leading new sales reps., • Constantly optimize, learn, and iterate — because excellence is built, not assumed. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally having built or structured sales processes before., • Strong understanding of sales tools, CRMs, and automation systems., • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions fast, and lead with confidence., • Strong business sense — you understand the “why” behind every sale., • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments., • Bonus: experience in early-stage startups or tech consulting.
