ppAt ALTEN, we are currently seeking a highly skilled International Bid Coordinator with proven experience participating in tenders for the European Institutions. /ppThe primary function is to manage the preparation and submission of high-value, complex tenders for International Organizations in the ICT domain. /ppThe successful candidate will bring strong expertise in multi-country consortia coordination, compliance-driven proposals, and strategic bid positioning. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Bid Strategy Management /h3ulliLead the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle for European Union (main focus) and other International Organizations-related tenders, from opportunity identification to submission and contract award. /liliDefine winning strategies aligned with EUIBA procurement procedures and evaluation criteria. /liliManage complex tender responses, ensuring legal compliance, following corporate deal governance and meeting customer procurement terms and conditions. /li /ulh3Consortia Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate and manage international consortia, including partners, subcontractors, and SMEs across multiple countries. /liliDefine partner roles, governance structures, and engagement models. /liliFacilitate collaboration, ensuring timely contributions and alignment with the bid strategy. /li /ulh3Proposal Development /h3ulliOversee the creation of high‑quality technical and financial proposals, ensuring clarity, compliance, and competitiveness. /liliDraft, review, and refine key sections such as methodology, work packages, staffing, and delivery models. /liliEnsure consistency between technical and financial submissions. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Management /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. /liliEngage with subject‑matter experts, delivery teams, and leadership to secure the best resources for each bid. /li /ulh3Compliance Quality Assurance /h3ulliEnsure strict adherence to EU tender requirements, formatting, and submission platforms (e.g., eSubmission, Mercell). /liliImplement iterative quality assurance processes (reviews, final validation). /li /ulh3Market Intelligence /h3ulliContribute to monitoring EU procurement pipelines, framework contracts, and upcoming opportunities within European Institutions and DG DIGIT. /liliAnalyse competitors, market trends, and past awards to enhance win probability. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills /h3ulliUniversity Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in bid management for European Institutions (European Commission, Agencies, etc.). /liliProven track record working on DG DIGIT or IT‑related framework contracts (e.g., FWC, DPS). /liliDemonstrated experience managing complex, high‑value international tenders. /liliHands‑on experience coordinating multi‑partner consortia. /liliStrong knowledge of EU procurement rules and procedures. /liliExcellent project management and organisational skills. /liliExceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities in English (C1/C2 level). /liliAbility to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines. /liliStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail. /li /ulh3Tools Competencies /h3ulliFamiliarity with EU platforms (e.g., Funding Tenders Portal, eSubmission). /liliProficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools. /liliWorking knowledge of mainstream GenAI tools. /liliFinancial modelling, costing and pricing strategy understanding is a plus. /li /ulh3Personal Attributes /h3ulliHighly structured, proactive, and results‑driven. /liliStrong leadership and coordination skills in multicultural environments. /liliAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organisations. /liliResilient under pressure with a solution‑oriented mindset. /li /ulh3Work Environment /h3ulliCross‑functional collaboration across multicultural, geographically‑distributed technical, sales, and management teams. /liliFast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment for international tenders. /liliOpportunity to work on strategic and high‑impact projects for the public sector. /liliPossibility to work from home (full‑remote, EU) or at the ALTEN Office of your choice. /liliPermanent work contract in any ALTEN EU country or freelance contract. /liliCompetitive salary and bonus scheme. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
