Aranzadi La Ley is a leading provider of knowledge, information, training, software and legal tech solutions in the Spanish market. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Solutions to join our Technology team. The selected person will be responsible for leading the consolidation and ongoing governance of the Group’s main corporate platforms — ERP, CRM and HR systems — in four countries, working closely with the Group CTO and the rest of the leadership team. This role will lead a multinational, multi‑year transformation program to migrate from multiple local ERP and CRM solutions to a unified ecosystem based on Microsoft Dynamics , while maintaining the operation of the current HR solutions. The goal is to ensure a consistent functional design, alignment between countries, and the proper execution of the Group’s shared corporate systems strategy. Main responsibilities: • Lead the Group’s corporate platform consolidation program (ERP, CRM and HR) across four countries., • Manage the migration from multiple local ERP and CRM solutions to a unified ecosystem based on Microsoft Dynamics., • Ensure a coherent functional design, aligned across countries and with the global corporate systems strategy., • Coordinate with the Group CTO, Group CFO, Group CHRO and local commercial leaders on the definition and prioritisation of requirements., • Act as a functional bridge between corporate stakeholders, local business and technology delivery teams., • Negotiate functional requirements, manage dependencies and drive decision‑making processes in an environment with multiple stakeholders., • Promote the standardisation of processes and solutions across all markets, while respecting local legal and operational needs where necessary., • Oversee the operation of existing HR solutions during the transformation process., • Establish and maintain the governance model for corporate platforms after the migration (roles, processes, policies, evolution roadmap)., • At least 10 years’ experience with corporate platforms (ERP/CRM/HR) or with large‑scale, multinational transformation programmes., • Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM)., • Proven experience leading complex, multi‑country programmes with multiple stakeholders and high visibility., • Experience in multicultural organisations and in environments of continuous change., • Strong programme and change management skills., • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)., • Permanent contract in a leading company, part of an international group undergoing major technological transformation., • Possibility of remote work and flexible hours, supporting work‑life balance., • A collaborative environment with a culture based on psychological safety, respect and mutual support (“we walk the talk”)., • Professional development opportunities and participation in a strategic Group‑level transformation programme.
