Estamos buscando un/a ayudante de camarero/a, para que transmita la mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes nuestro hotel ubicado en Barcelona. Funciones principales: Garantizar, comprobar y revisar que la zona asignada esté lista para iniciar el servicio con la mise en place y material necesario. Efectuar y repasar el montaje del restaurant. Participar al briefing que efectúa el F&B y estar atento a todas las indicaciones. Mantener los tiempos establecidos del servicio. Asesorar y atender al cliente en todo lo que precise y necesidades que puedan surgir durante el servicio para que tengan una excelente experiencia. Mantener en todo el servicio la sala en orden y la normativa de seguridad de la empresa Dejar sala lista para el siguiente servicio. Cierre de caja y polivalencia en función de la necesidad del negocio en colaboración con otras áreas. Requisitos: Perfil dinámico y activo. Ser organizado y cooperar con el equipo. Experiencia: + 1 año de experiencia en una posición similar. Dominio del español e inglés (avanzado). Interés por desarrollarse en el área.
