We are planning to open Japanese Sushi restaurant in Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca sometimes in the end May- beginning of June 24. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic the front of house members to join our esteemed team. If you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and are committed to the hospitality excellence service, we invite you to showcase your skills at our restaurant. We are planning to make Sophisticated London style sushi shack. Our confidence comes from sourcing only best-quality, local ingredients and we present our dishes to our customers humbly. Japanese food inspired by Spanish Tapas culture & values. Eaten by hand (A temaki and maki, kushi-age and skewers concept). Cocktail & wine pairings. Always looking to collaborate with local suppliers and wineries. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the teammates to ensure the highest standards of the service and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organised place, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. - Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of the front of the house. - Actively participate in menu development, bringing forward ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Strong understanding of various selling/talking techniques and Japanese cuisine. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
