We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • Provide first level call and email support for end users, including software and hardware related issues, • Process incidents and fulfill service requests for end users, • Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, Outlook, Office 365 and other infrastructure-related topics, • Assign unsolved calls/tickets to the appropriate IT teams/support groups, • Instruct users on internal processes, • Translate end user communications to English when reassigning tickets to L3 teams, • Provide support on hardware, software, network, server and device related questions, queries and issues, • Communicate with end users via telephone, email and portal tickets 💻 WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? • Citrix, • Microsoft Outlook, • Office 365, • Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Center, Internet Explorer), • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, • Networking (advanced technical understanding referenced as an advantage), • Service Now 🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience: 1/3+ years experience working in a Technical Service Desk English: intermediate Spanish: fluent ITIL certification (advantage) 📅 WHERE AND WHEN? Workplace: On site - Madrid Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 - 20:00 (Winter); Saturday 9:00 - 13:00 (Winter); Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00 (Summer); Saturday 7:00 - 15:00 (Summer) 🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
