Join our Data & Analytics team at AAG, composed of 15 experts in Europe (Data Analyst, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Product Owners, etc.), where we transform data into performance drivers for our business teams. Your Responsibilities As a Data Analyst, you will support our business teams to leverage their data to design innovative, pragmatic & high-impact data products across multiple domains (Purchasing, Finance, Supply-Chain, HR, etc.): • Identify, prioritize business needs and map data domains, • Design & develops data analytics solutions (data models, exploratory analysis), • Ensure data quality, integrity and reliability through automated controls, with the help of our data governance experts, • Deliver insights dynamically through data visualization tools (PowerBI) in a Cloud environment (Fabric), • Work in agile with our IT & business teams through sprints, • Drive user adoption through training, communication, and monitoring of BI access & usage metrics Functional Scope You will work on retail-related topics such as: • Purchasing: supplier performance, purchasing forecast, category management, rebates analysis, • Sales: sell-through, margin analysis, price analysis, product / customer segmentation, • Supply Chain: inventory analysis, supplier & inbound performance, • HR: workforce planning, cost control, multi-market HR harmonization Our technology stack • Methodologies: Agile, Design Thinking, • Cloud Platform: Microsoft Fabric, • Visualization tools: PowerBI, • Data languages & tools: SQL, Python Profile • Graduate from an engineering school or university (Master’s degree) with a specialization in Information Systems, Data, or Data Science, • Proven experience as a Data Analyst (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role) with at least one expertise in data processing and data visualization tools, • Curious, methodical, with a solid technology mindset and an interest in exploratory data analysis, • Eager to contribute to innovative projects, working in teams with rigor, responsiveness, and energy, • Strong team spirit, attention to detail, and interest in new technologies, • Motivation to contribute to high-impact, business-driven projects, • Experience working with large-scale reporting environments, • Fluent in English
