This role focuses on the efficient management of people and technical resources, the development of the production team, and the implementation of operational standards and continuous improvement practices in an international customer environment. /p h3Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day /h3 ul liOperational Management (End-to-End Production Ownership) /li liOwn the execution of the production plan in close coordination with the Planning team. /li liEnsure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets (OTIF, productivity, scrap, efficiency). /li liDirectly manage the production structure, including shift coordinators, support roles, and shift organization. /li liOversee a production organization of approximately 100 employees operating across four shifts. /li liTeam Leadership Development /li liLead, develop, and evaluate the production team within a multi-level organizational structure. /li liDefine capacity needs, team sizing, and shift organization. /li liPromote a high-performance culture based on accountability and ownership. /li liManage employee engagement, workplace climate, and conflict resolution. /li liFoster a positive working environment built on collaboration, effective communication, and coordination, in line with company values and principles. /li liHealth, Safety Environment (HSE) /li liEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. /li liLead safety as a core operational priority across the plant. /li liActively participate in audits, Safety Walks (SW), and incident investigations. /li liQuality Compliance /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and internal procedures. /li liLead the resolution of internal and external non-conformities. /li liCollaborate closely with the Quality team in internal/external audits and continuous improvement of the quality system. /li liContinuous Improvement Lean /li liLead continuous improvement initiatives under Lean Manufacturing principles. /li liIdentify improvement opportunities in processes, layouts, flows, and overall efficiency. /li liImplement visual management, standardization, and process control tools. /li liCross-Functional Coordination /li liWork closely with key internal stakeholders, including: /li ul liPlanning (demand–production alignment) /li liEngineering /li liMaintenance (equipment reliability) /li liQuality (compliance and improvement) /li liLogistics (material flow) /li liAct as a key integration point for day-to-day operational coordination. /li /ul liCost Control Performance Management /li liMonitor and control operational costs (labor, waste, efficiency). /li liTrack and report production KPIs. /li liActively contribute to meeting plant budget targets and performance objectives. /li /ul h3What You Need To Shine In This Role /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing education. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (chemical, FMCG, or fragrance sectors). /li liAt least 5 years of experience leading production teams. /li liProven experience managing complex, multi‑shift production structures. /li liExperience working in international environments with high standards in quality and service. /li liExperience working with SAP (production / operations modules). /li liProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3What do we offer you at Eurofragance? /h3 pMuch more than just a job!
