EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset. Now, we are looking for an Strategy and Operations Consultant in our office in Madrid, Spain. Your Role As a Senior Consultant in our Madrid office, you will help clients navigate strategic and operational challenges, while also guiding the execution of large-scale industrial projects. This is a hybrid role—part strategy consultant, part project manager—designed for professionals who want to see their advice put into practice. Key responsibilities include: • Strategic Consulting & Business Analysis, • Lead diagnostic assessments of client operations, mapping AS-IS processes and identifying improvement opportunities., • Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps for areas such as supply chain, sustainability, and digitalization., • Advise C-level stakeholders on operational efficiency, organizational transformation, and investment decisions., • Project & Program Management, • Translate strategy into action by managing projects from concept through execution., • Drive PMO design, performance optimization, and transformation programs with measurable outcomes., • Act as the key interface with client stakeholders, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives., • Industrial & Technical Advisory, • Contribute to Masterplan and Feasibility analysis, process optimization, and manufacturing/supply chain efficiency projects., • Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and architecture experts to ensure solutions are innovative, feasible, and sustainable. Who You Are We are looking for a strategic advisor with strong project leadership skills, ideally with experience in a top consulting firm or industrial transformation projects. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field., • 3-8 years’ experience in consulting (strategy, operations, transformation, or sustainability), ideally in an international setting., • Demonstrated expertise in project management within industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale investment projects., • Track record in client-facing consulting roles, with exposure to senior stakeholders (C-level preferred)., • Fluent in English and Spanish; French or German is an asset., • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus)., • Open to mobility for national and international assignments: 30-35% time., • People leadership and mentoring experience valued.
