    About the Role We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. In this role, you will go out on the streets and engage directly with the public in high-footfall locations to represent well-known charities and recruit monthly donors. Everyone starts on the street, where you will learn the fundamentals of sales, communication, and performance. Key Responsibilities Approach and engage members of the public in a professional and friendly manner Clearly communicate the mission and impact of the charity you represent Actively recruit new monthly donors through face-to-face conversations Meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in a performance-driven environment Accurately complete sign-ups and handle donor information responsibly What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in approaching and speaking to new people Target-driven and motivated by results Resilient, energetic, and positive mindset Willingness to start in a street-based role and learn sales from the ground up Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic level of English required What We Offer Comprehensive training in sales and fundraising from day one Clear career progression opportunities based on performance The opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager role if you consistently perform well Performance-based earnings with high bonus potential while working on contract and receiving the national base salary Supportive team environment with a strong focus on personal development Flexibility to choose how many days per week you work Earnings & Progression The minimum expected performance is 3 sales per day; the target is 5 sales per day At 3 sales per day, average earnings are approximately €100 per day At target performance (5 sales per day), average earnings are approximately €160 per day When you run your own location, you also earn based on the performance of your team You are paid based on how many days you work and how many sales you make Earnings are performance-based and depend on your results, consistency, and drive Trial Days All candidates start with 3 trial days to see if the role suits them During these days, you will be trained and guided by an experienced team member Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, enjoy working with targets, and are eager to develop strong sales skills. Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in our Málaga Atalaya residence? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 229 rooms and the activity this entails. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards, • You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc., • You support the administration office, • You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening), • You apply the necessary protocols in emergencies Your working hours: This role requires you to work on the weekends (8h Saturday and 8h Sunday) and some additional hours on the weekdays (8h covering shifts). Total of 24h/week. We are looking for a Senior Associate in the Credit/Analysis Team, responsible for evaluating, structuring, and coordinating financing projects in the Spanish market, ensuring high-quality credit assessments and smooth project approval from initial application to the Credit Committee decision. Job Description • Analyse project and client information; prepare materials for credit risk assessment and financing decisions, • Assess clients’ creditworthiness, financial statements, and historical data, • Prepare financial analyses (feasibility, profitability, business model, market in Spain), • Coordinate the full approval process up to Credit Committee decision, • Prepare and present materials for Credit Committee, • Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk guidelines, • Collaborate with Legal on transaction structuring, • Participate in client meetings and real estate events in Spain, • Contribute to process and methodology improvements Requirements • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Real Estate, • Experience in finance, credit analysis, project financing, or real estate, • Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills, • Proficiency in MS Excel, • English (min.
