Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to drive the developments and needs of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for planning and ensuring product developments go as expected, managing, defining, following and ensuring the proper finalization of projects for existing and new product developments, ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality RFID solutions across multiple market segments including retail, healthcare, libraries, and industrial applications. Responsibilities • Lead the development of new products, from the planning to the successful execution. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate needs into reality. - Prioritize features and manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery with high reliability. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify risks and opportunities. - Define and track key performance to determine if a product works as expected and/or what needs to be improved and how. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and support. - Manage product kick‑off to have seamless hand over to the production team. - Present product developments and progress to executive leadership. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or hardware companies. - Experience in management of projects. - Strong understanding of RFID technology and/or IoT systems is highly desirable. - Experience with product management tools and agile development methodologies. - Excellent analytical thinking skills. - Willing to solve problems first hand when needed. - Experience working with technical teams and translating technical concepts. - Familiarity with regulatory certification processes (FCC, CE, UL, etc.) is a plus. - Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback. - Fluent in English; Spanish highly preferred. - Resident of the EU or in possession of a working permit to be eligible to work in Spain legally.
