ING Spain is in the process of launching a comprehensive new proposition tailored to affluent, digitally savvy customers. As we build this innovative solution, we are assembling a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas into execution and, therefore, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic COO Business Lead to lead Affluent Segment, joining our COO Leadership Team as part of the COO Products Tribe. We are the team responsible for revamping our business products processes to ensure they are the most loved, impactful, and valued. The responsibility of this position focuses on addressing three main challenges: 1) designing and continuously improving the operating model for this segment by launching a new value proposition for affluent customers, creating something truly distinctive; 2) providing them with the products and services necessary to attract and retain them; and 3) reshaping their current digital and assisted experience to eliminate any friction in their daily activities. Your key responsibilities: Reporting to the COO Products Tribe Lead, as Operations Business Lead you will be responsible for: Launching a new value proposition for Affluent customers, focusing on the new operative model, new services and even new tools and services, but also reshaping current processes to provide the best customer experience to our customers on a daily basis. Provide, in alignment with the Affluent Segment Core Team, an operating model, establishing and developing new customer journeys that will allow the business to grow in this regard. These journeys should be reliable, efficient and scalable, focused on providing superior customer experience. You will play a key role in the implementation of the Affluents program during & after the launch phase. • Generate a backlog of initiatives to eliminate any friction with the client, in addition to delivering in a timely manner the necessary requirements for implementation., • Coordinate the effort required in other tribes (COO & Retail) as well as COO office and transformation office to ensure that the current processes are adequate to Affluent's customers' needs. You’ll lead the GO-LIVE AND FUTURE DAY TO DAY managing a team of 5-10 members. As summary, the Wealth Management Operations Manager coordinates and optimizes processes, systems and resources for the efficient execution of clients' investment and asset management strategies. Their duties include designing operational processes, supervising the execution of operations, managing risk, controlling costs, coordinating teams and integrating technology, thereby ensuring maximum productivity and the fulfilment of the financial objectives of the firm and its clients. And if the shoe fits… don’t hesitate to apply! • • Proven ability to fulfil the role of operational manager within investment teams and the private banking sector, with at least 5–10 years' experience., • Process expertise and coo knowledge, with experience in defining and designing operational models and customer journeys. Experience as processes expert & E2E view is a plus., • Smart thinking: being able to connect the dots among all the teams and initiatives, being fast at understanding and creative at solution finding., • Project management: leading to change and making things happen., • Having a vision and a view on how to innovate our customers and bring back ING as a differentiator., • Customer centric mentality: always putting the client at the center to deliver a differential experience., • Data driven, we expect that you bring discussions, scenarios and proposals based on data., • Fantastic stakeholder management to listen, understand and align different proposals., • Expertise in team management (>3 year) delivering high engagement and high productivity teams., • Great at communicating a vision and ambition to other stakeholders.
