We operate across field, greenhouse, and tunnel environments, with a strong focus on precision, organization, and long-term development. We are building a high-performance team, and we are looking for a Farm Manager who can take full ownership of operations. The Role This is not an operator position. We are looking for someone who can run the farm, manage people, anticipate problems, and progressively grow into a decision-making role. You will be responsible for: • Daily farm operations (field and greenhouse environments), • Irrigation systems and infrastructure, • Team organization and supervision, • Labour hiring, training, and evaluation, • Execution of breeding activities, • Analysis of operational needs and offers, • Budget planning and cost controlKey Responsibilities🔧 Farm Operations & Irrigation, • Daily inspection of all operational units, • Full control of irrigation systems (pressure, uniformity, failures), • Immediate intervention in case of issues (including nights/weekends if needed), • Monitoring drainage and preventing water-related damage📋 Organization & Systems, • Implement structured workflows and checklists, • Maintain daily logs and documentation, • Ensure full traceability of activities👷 Team Management, • Assign daily tasks clearly, • Supervise execution and performance, • Ensure efficiency and discipline across the team🎓 Labour Training, • Build and manage a labour training system, • Train new workers on key tasks, • Standardize work quality🧠 Analysis & Decision Preparation, • Analyze offers, quotations, and operational needs, • Provide recommendations before decisions are made, • Think proactively — not just execute💰 Budgeting & Planning, • Prepare and monitor budgets (labour, consumables, operations), • Anticipate needs and control costs, • Contribute to yearly planning👥 Hiring & HR, • Identify labour needs in advance, • Source and interview candidates, • Highly organized and structured, • Able to lead people and take responsibility, • Comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced environment, • Hands-on, but also capable of thinking and planning, • Experience in farm management, greenhouse operations, or agriculture, • Experience managing teams is highly valued, • Knowledge of irrigation systems is a strong advantageWhat We Offer, • A key leadership role in a growing company, • Real responsibility and autonomy, • Long-term growth opportunity, • Salary based on experience and profile, • Early daily start (before the team), • Full ownership of operations, • Why you are a good fit for this role 🏢 Empresa: Antaris Seeds 📅 Jornada completa Sobre Nosotros Antaris Seeds es una empresa en crecimiento dedicada a la mejora genética y producción de semillas de alta calidad.
