Purpose of the role: The Head of AI Adoption & Enablement is responsible for ensuring AI is effectively deployed and used across HBX, enabling the organization to adopt and scale AI capabilities across all functions. As an AI thought leader for the organization, the role continuously scans the market for emerging AI capabilities to ensure HBX stays at the forefront of practical, secure and scalable AI usage across all functions. Working in close partnership with Technology, the role co-defines which AI platforms and vendor capabilities are used and how they are applied, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. The role owns the central demand management and prioritization of AI use cases (individual-contributor level and mid-tier functional level), ensuring opportunities are prioritized based on value, feasibility and scalability, and translated into measurable usage and impact, with thorough cost control. The role enables functions to deploy AI effectively by providing AI literacy training, guidance and tools, ensuring teams can adopt and implement use cases in a controlled, consistent and secure way. The role also supports the AI-empowered Workforce strategy by enabling the tools, capabilities and ways of working required to scale highest-impact AI initiatives. Responsabilities: • Define and drive adoption of the enterprise AI stack, including copilots, agentic platforms and embedded SaaS capabilities, in partnership with Technology and key vendors. Ensure alignment with technology, data and security standards, and translate business priorities into clear AI usage models and guidance across HBX., • Co‑define the AI licensing strategy with Technology and Procurement, establishing role‑based access models that balance value and cost. Monitor license usage, adoption and value realization to optimize or scale AI tools as needed., • Drive AI literacy and capability building across functions through scalable programmes, training and tools. Build an AI Champion community and ensure adoption delivers measurable behavior change, productivity gains and business impact, tracked through clear KPIs., • Own a central, scalable intake and prioritization process for AI use cases, classifying demand and assessing opportunities based on value, feasibility, scalability, risk and readiness. Track progress, impact and cost while identifying patterns to inform platform and governance decisions., • Partner with Technology to define AI and data platform requirements aligned with the AI‑enabled workforce strategy, acting as the link between business use cases and platform evolution. Ensure interoperability across the AI tool landscape and alignment with orchestration platforms., • Work with Legal, Risk, Security, Technology and Data to define and apply risk‑based AI deployment principles. Support governance and policy adoption to ensure safe, compliant AI use while balancing effective risk management with speed of execution. Skills • Strong understanding of AI platform ecosystems (e.g. copilots, LLMs, agentic platforms) and ability to translate vendor capabilities into business applications, • Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, LLMs, AI market solutions and automation tools (incl. prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI assistants & applied GenAI), • Knowledge of enterprise AI tech stacks, role-based access models and configuration standards, ensuring safe and effective usage across the organization., • Experience in demand management and prioritization of AI use cases; balancing value, feasibility and scalability, • Strong commercial mindset, with ability to assess and track value, cost (incl. AI/agent usage), and ROI of AI initiatives, • Strong change management & behavioral transformation skills, • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise global teams., • Ability to operate effectively in a co-ownership model with Technology, translating business needs into platform and capability requirements, • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in high-demand, fast-evolving environments, • Strong capability in translating complex AI and LLM concepts into simple, actionable learning adapted to different audiences and expertise levels., • Expertise in learning design, capability building and adult education methodologies for large-scale programmes., • Excellent project planning and coordination abilities to run training waves, manage AI Leads, and orchestrate enablement routines., • Storytelling and communication skills to design awareness campaigns and drive engagement across the organization, • High interpersonal and coaching skills to guide AI Leads, functional teams and advanced users., • Analytical skills to track adoption metrics, capability uplift and effectiveness of training programmes. Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation with proven exposure to AI tools in recent years., • Experience working with or alongside enterprise technology teams on platform adoption, SaaS capabilities or AI/automation tools, • Experience defining or supporting prioritization frameworks for digital or AI use cases at scale, • Exposure to AI platform vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Google, Anthropic) and understanding of how enterprise organizations adopt and scale these capabilities, • Exposure to AI/ML tools, LLM-based applications, automation workflows or GenAI platforms, with the ability to translate technology into user-centric adoption., • Experience tracking adoption, usage and value metrics (including cost considerations) for digital or AI initiatives, • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enablement programmes or organizational capability-building initiatives across multiple functions., • Proven track record deploying new digital solutions or workplace technologies at enterprise scale (e.g., automation tools, collaborative platforms, AI assistants)., • Experience driving behavioral and cultural change, supporting functional teams in adopting new digital capabilities., • Hands-on experience coordinating training delivery, content development, role-based learning pathways and stakeholder engagement., • Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, HR and business units to embed new digital capabilities into day-to-day operations., • Experience managing external training vendors, content partners or digital capability providers Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related, • Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred, • Certifications in change management, AI fundamentals, agile or learning design preferred At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
