Responsible for organization, preparation and production of all food stuffs. They will be assigned to the tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures as implemented by the head sushi chef following the recipe books and production procedures. They must ensure that proper food safety regulations in the sushi bar are followed and adequate stocks of food supply in the section. They also must display efficient inter department coordination and undertake training with a good attitude. They must show interest in displaying creativity in food displays with the head sushi chef. They must ensure that the standard procedures are followed and performed to the highest level of service. They must follow the rules in the kitchen department and report any issue to the head sushi chef. They need to be able to run the service and make the basic dishes and sushi. The sushi prep must have Nobu knowledge in how to do sushi in the Nobu way (6 steps) and cook the rice. Estamos en búsqueda de un Operador/a de Producción comprometido y proactivo para trabajar en nuestra planta de procesamiento de viruta. La persona seleccionada será responsable de operar la maquinaria de producción, supervisar los procesos y garantizar la calidad del producto final. Responsabilidades: ✔️ Operar y monitorear la maquinaria utilizada en la producción de viruta. ✔️ Manejo de la carretilla para carga y descarga de troncos de madera. ✔️ Realizar ajustes y mantenimiento básico para asegurar un funcionamiento eficiente. ✔️ Controlar la calidad del producto y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares. ✔️ Coordinar con el equipo de producción para optimizar el proceso. ✔️ Cumplir con las normas de seguridad e higiene en la planta. Requisitos: 🔹 Experiencia previa en producción o manejo de maquinaria industrial (preferible en el sector de madera o derivados). 🔹 Conocimientos básicos en mantenimiento mecánico. 🔹 Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión. 🔹 Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos. 🔹 Compromiso con la seguridad y calidad en el trabajo. Necesitamos que tenga experiencia tanto en manicuras, pedicuras y depilaciones con cera faciales y aparatologia. Se ofrece contrato de 32 semanales, en turno de tarde y con posibilidad de ampliar.
