About the job ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact all Suite and Bungalow guests before their arrival to assist them preparing for their stay. Make bookings and coordinate guest itineraries. Recommend all outlets of the hotel to maximize hotel revenue. Build relationships with local vendors to ensure our VIP guests receive the best service all around the island. Coordinate guests’ arrival amenities and personal touches throughout their stay.
