What do you bring to your trip • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field., • Over 5 years of leadership experience in F&B operations, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth across multiple outlets., • Proven track record of improving sales performance and profitability in F&B outlets., • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and concepts that resonate with target markets., • Familiarity with F&B technology platforms, including POS systems, inventory management, and digital marketing tools to drive sales., • Deep understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and cost control, with the ability to drive profitability through data-driven decisions., • Demonstrated ability to create and execute guest-focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing sales., • Experience in scaling and optimizing F&B operations across multiple locations while maintaining consistency in quality and service.
