What you’ll be doing • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for medicinal products, medical devices in accordance with applicable national and EU regulations, industry codes, and company procedures., • Provide regulatory advice regarding advertising, promotional claims, scientific communications, educational materials, and patient-facing content., • Assess compliance of marketing and communication materials before external use., • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams., • Support the preparation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of marketing authorizations., • Contribute to regulatory submissions, variations, renewals, and compliance activities., • Monitor regulatory developments related to pharmaceutical advertising and promotional practices., • Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance initiatives where required., • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal quality systems. What you bring Qualifications & Experience • University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline., • At least 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry., • Proven experience in review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials., • Strong knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical advertising requirements and relevant EU legislation., • Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English., • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of medical information, scientific communications, and compliance processes., • Experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
