We are looking for a Designer & Marketing Content Support to join our team and provide support to HP Site Print division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). About the role We are seeking a proactive and highly organized specialist to support multiple product launches by managing agency-delivered assets, ensuring brand compliance, validating messaging alignment with product teams, and designing structured launch playbooks and presentations. This role serves as the key link between Creative lead, Product Marketing and external agencies to ensure all launch materials are accurate, on-brand, visually compelling, and delivered on time. • Dedication: Full-time, • Project length: 12 months, extendable Responsibilities Agency Asset Management • Receive and review marketing assets delivered by external agencies (digital, print, sales enablement, campaign materials, etc.)., • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and messaging frameworks., • Provide structured, actionable feedback to agencies and coordinate revision cycles. Product Messaging Alignment • Partner closely with Product Marketing team to validate technical accuracy and messaging consistency., • Ensure all content reflects approved positioning, value propositions, and product claims., • Resolve discrepancies and secure cross‑functional approvals prior to finalization. Presentation & Playbook Design • Design and develop quality PowerPoint presentations for product launches, sales enablement, leadership updates., • Create visually compelling, well‑structured launch playbooks that consolidate messaging, assets, timelines, and go‑to‑market guidance., • Enhance and redesign existing materials to improve clarity, visual impact, and usability. Workfront & Content Management • Upload, track, and maintain marketing assets in Workfront (or similar project management systems)., • Ensure proper documentation, naming conventions, and version control of approved materials., • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks to launch milestones. Cross‑Launch Coordination • Manage multiple product launches simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are met., • Maintain launch checklists, status trackers, and progress updates., • Act as the central coordination point across Creative, Product, and agency partners. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field., • 2+ years of experience in marketing content management, product marketing support, or agency coordination., • Demonstrated experience designing professional PowerPoint presentations and structured playbooks., • Proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced level required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools., • Experience using Workfront or similar project management platforms is a plus., • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills., • High level of English required (written and spoken).
