Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Benalmádena. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and acquire new listings, advise property owners on pricing and marketing strategies, and manage the full sales or rental process from initial contact to closing. Daily activities include prospecting for clients, conducting property visits, preparing market analyses, coordinating viewings, and following up with leads. The role involves negotiating offers, guiding clients through contracts and documentation, and collaborating with the local team to ensure high-quality customer service. The Real Estate Consultant will represent Engel & Völkers Benalmádena in the local market, maintain strong relationships with clients, and participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property within residential markets., • Proven Sales skills, including client acquisition, lead follow-up, and closing transactions., • Effective Negotiation abilities to manage offers, counteroffers, and contractual terms., • Experience in Training or willingness to participate in continuous professional development and learn company systems., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach., • Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings, and prioritize tasks efficiently., • Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms., • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits., • Fluency in Spanish; good command of English or other languages is an advantage. xcskxlj, • Previous experience in real estate consulting, sales, or related fields is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
