Act as the key link between business and IT stakeholders to deliver harmonized processes, sustainable solutions, and operational excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, implement, and continuously improve global SAP PP processes and system solutions in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. /li liAnalyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance performance and standardization. /li liEnsure alignment with global standards and best practices while supporting regional and local business requirements where appropriate. /li liLead the design, validation, and implementation of new business requirements, process enhancements, and system developments. /li liManage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery process, including requirement gathering, specification, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare support. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for key users and business representatives regarding SAP PP process topics and system-related requirements. /li liCoordinate and support the global key user network, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process consistency across locations. /li liSupport scope validation, rollout activities, and evaluation of process extensions across international sites and regions. /li liProactively communicate process changes, project updates, decisions, and risks to all relevant stakeholders. /li liPromote innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes. /li liContribute to the integration and harmonization of SAP PP processes with related business functions and systems. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liMinimum 5 years of professional experience working with SAP PP within manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environments. /li liStrong understanding of SAP PP processes, including Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, and integration with related modules. /li liProven experience in business process analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liExperience working in international and cross-functional environments, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders. /li liSolid experience in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions. /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end process implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and user training. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liAdditional languages, particularly German or other EMEA languages, are considered a plus. /li liWillingness to travel internationally. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in complex, matrix, and international organizations. /li liProactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li liAbility to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority. /li liCollaborative and team-oriented approach. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liResults-driven with a customer and business-oriented mindset. /li liCapability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pThis is your opportunity to grow your career in a solid, technology-driven company with international reach and constant expansion—where everything is possible. /p ul liStable employment in a leading company within its sector. /li liSalary based on experience and skills. /li liHybrid work model with up to 50% remote work. /li liPrivate health insurance fully covered by the company. /li liAccess to LinkedIn Learning platform. /li liJoin a friendly work environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
