Döhler also partners with the scientific community through its own Future of Nutrition and Longevity Institute (FNL Institute). 📢 Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager We are looking for an experienced supply chain professional who takes ownership, drives performance and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong customer focus. 🛠️ Your Role As Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager, you lead all planning activities at site level and are part of the local management team. Your primary focus is on demand, supply and production planning. In addition, you oversee site logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end execution, although planning clearly remains the core of this role. You ensure effective Sales & Operations Execution by aligning demand, supply, production and logistics, while continuously improving service levels, efficiency and working capital. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the site planning team, creating clear ownership, priorities and a strong performance-driven way of working., • Lead demand forecasting, production planning, scheduling and inventory management., • Set up and run a data-driven S&OE process linking plant capabilities with inbound and outbound flows., • Drive continuous improvements based on KPIs, system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration., • Promote and enhance health and safety regulations and best practices., • Responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control., • Manage material disposition, order management, recipe setup and production scheduling., • Ensure high-quality site master data and correct material segmentation in SAP IBP / S/4HANA., • Lead daily planning and order management meetings aligned with the S&OP plan., • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including warehousing, transportation and inventory control., • Act as the main planning interface towards Group Supply Chain, Business Units and Commercial stakeholders., • Identify risks, take timely decisions in a changing environment and safeguard execution., • Support CAPEX, working capital optimization and sustainability initiatives. 🌱Your Profile • Master’s degree in a technical or economic field., • 5–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning or logistics in an international manufacturing environment., • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP, S/4HANA and/or APO., • Senior, pragmatic and decisive, with strong stakeholder management skills., • Fluent in English (C1) German is a plus., • Experience with FSSC 22000 and a strong health & safety mindset are an advantage.
