The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. Delivers an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service team and this will be an on-site role in Barcelona Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures demonstrating excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review, input data and monitor EDI and digital order processing. Assist with EDI and digital platforms issues Ensure timely and accurate invoice management & dispute resolution including credit note processing working in close collaboration with Accounts Receivable Handle customer calls ensuring high level of service to customers Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, CRM systems such as SFDC & experience of EDI preferred
