Head of Growth | B2B SaaS Remote | Spain Influencer Hero is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform helping brands run and scale their influencer marketing programs. Our platform combines influencer discovery, CRM, outreach automation, affiliate tracking, campaign management, reporting, and creator workflows in one system. We already have a strong inbound growth engine and customers across global markets. We are now entering our next stage of growth: scaling demand generation, moving further into enterprise, and building a world-class marketing function. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to own that journey. This is a key leadership hire with the potential to grow into a broader CMO-level role. You’ll own our marketing and growth strategy, build the team around you, and be directly accountable for generating qualified pipeline and revenue. This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can set the strategy, execute quickly, analyze the results, and build the team and systems required to scale what works. What you'll own • Own Influencer Hero’s growth and marketing strategy with clear targets for qualified pipeline, ARR, CAC, and revenue, • Scale our existing inbound engine across SEO, GEO/AI search, content, email, paid acquisition, social, partnerships, webinars, and events, • Build new growth channels while continuously improving the performance of existing ones, • Work closely with Sales and the founders on ICP, ABM, enterprise GTM, lead quality, positioning, and pipeline generation, • Elevate our positioning, website, case studies, thought leadership, and content to the standard expected by mid-market and enterprise buyers, • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across internal hires, freelancers, agencies, and AI-powered workflows, • Develop a rigorous experimentation culture: identify opportunities, launch quickly, measure results, and aggressively scale what works, • Own funnel analytics from traffic → lead → demo → opportunity → customer → ARR, • Track and improve CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing efficiency, • Own the marketing budget and technology stack, • Use AI and automation extensively to increase the output and leverage of a lean marketing organization What we're looking for • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or marketing, with meaningful ownership of growth, demand generation, or pipeline, • A track record of helping scale a SaaS company, ideally during the early-to-growth stage rather than only inside a large established organization, • Demonstrable experience generating qualified pipeline and revenue, not just traffic, impressions, followers, or MQLs, • Strong understanding of organic growth, content, SEO and modern AI/GEO-driven acquisition, • Experience marketing to US, UK, or European B2B buyers, • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how positioning and content need to change when selling to larger and enterprise customers, • Exceptional written and spoken English, • Highly analytical and comfortable working deeply with funnel, CRM, attribution, and revenue data, • Experience building or managing high-performing marketers, freelancers, or agencies, • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on — you should be willing to personally review messaging, analyze funnels, launch experiments, and solve problems, • High ownership, urgency, intellectual curiosity, and bias toward execution Strong pluses • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from roughly $1M–$20M+ ARR, • Experience with enterprise or mid-market SaaS, • Deep expertise in SEO, content-led growth, GEO, or demand generation, • Experience in D2C e-commerce, creator economy or martech, • Experience building an international growth engine, particularly targeting the US and Europe, • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to use them to operate a significantly more productive marketing organization Why Influencer Hero Influencer Hero is bootstrapped and profitable, which means we operate differently from many venture-backed SaaS companies: we care about speed, efficiency, ownership, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll join at a stage where the foundation already exists, but there is significant room to increase the scale and sophistication of the growth engine. You will have • Real ownership: growth and marketing will be your function to build, • Direct access to the founders: you’ll work closely with the CEO on GTM and company strategy, • Resources to execute: we are actively investing in growth and will build the team around successful channels, • Global scope: our customers and prospects span the US, Europe, and other international markets, • High impact: your work will directly influence how quickly Influencer Hero moves through its next stage of growth, • A path to broader marketing leadership as the company scales We value people who move quickly, think independently, challenge assumptions, and care more about creating results than protecting processes.
