Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group. We are located in Alicante and we have more than 2000 professionals of different nationalities. The different brands of the Group are represented in Tempe: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho and Stradivarius, each one of them with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product and Distribution team. E-COMMERCE PRODUCT MANAGER Define, plan and execute the online commercial strategy for the season for international markets and lines assigned, selecting the product and setting the commercial, distribution and communication directives, in order to reach the established objectives. Position duties: -Provide information and content necessary to the press minisite of their brand and the different showrooms to promote the appearance of the product. -Define the image of the product for their department for each campaign, deciding on the presentation of the product, the necessary looks and desired details with the Image team. -Assess and select the product with the objective of having a product adapted to the international markets , while establishing the special gaps or needs in their markets. -Define, plan and execute the commercial strategy of the product: Product life cycle, Collection updates, Coordination with the clothing collection (cross-selling), Inclusion of the product in special content, etc. -Define and plan the correct times and quantity of merchandise to stock the online shop, and defining the initial roll-out of the product in the international markets. -Guarantee the availability and quality of the necessary content to be able to sell the products: Graphic material, descriptions, translations, product details, etc. -Proposal of comprehensive communication plans, (on and off) in different communication channels: web, social networks, etc. Coordinate the strategy and development of graphic material to carry out marketing activities. -Generate web metric analysis for the detection of product and web merchandising needs, producing interesting findings for the business areas. Academic training: -Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising or similar. -Master or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management or Marketing, qualifications specialising in fashion companies will be highly regarded. Specific knowledge: -High level of English and Spanish. -High knowledge of Fashion and Trends. -Sales and Marketing. -Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel. -Knowledge of Google Analytics or/and Marketplaces will be highly regarded.

As an e-Commerce Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the content is presented with quality and accuracy and verifying that the merchandised product aligns with the event theme. Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns. Prevision Forecast web: Samples & GWP., • Liaise closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience., • Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. Responsible for adapting the product pages, banners and codes., • Liaise with various teams for regular and ad-hoc CMS tasks and initiatives., • Be highly involved in UAT site testing for development projects and the regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times., • Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers., • Proven working experience in e-merchandising on a similar role., • Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform, Magento is a plus., • Excellent level of English, will work on English websites., • An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment., • Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital or similar., • Knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics., • Exciting opportunities for growth in a global environment, • Working with brands recognized for their quality. xcskxlj, • Flexible working hours and permanent contract., • 2 days of remote work, • Employees discount, competitive benefits in the sector, flexible remuneration, etc.
