We are looking for a detail-oriented, digitally fluent OTA Platform Operations Specialist with native-level English skills to manage and grow our presence across leading global travel platforms. This role will focus on improving product quality, increasing visibility, optimizing listings, and driving booking performance across major OTA platforms. Platforms You’ll Work With Viator | GetYourGuide | Tripadvisor Experiences | Klook | Airbnb Experiences What You’ll Do – Manage end-to-end product onboarding across Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor Experiences, Klook, Airbnb Experiences, and other OTA platforms, from content preparation to live listing. – Audit and optimize existing Compass Holiday tour products, including rewriting product descriptions, refreshing images, restructuring pricing, and improving inclusions and exclusions based on platform best practices. – Monitor listing performance, including impressions, conversion rates, reviews, and booking trends, and implement data-driven improvements to increase rankings and bookings. – Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across platforms, including seasonal updates, price changes, departure dates, and itinerary adjustments. – Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on OTA platforms in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner. – Research competitor listings and industry trends to identify opportunities for better product packaging, positioning, pricing, and presentation. – Coordinate with the operations team, suppliers, and tour guides to collect accurate product details, photos, itinerary information, and service descriptions for new and existing listings. – Track platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and promotional opportunities, such as Viator Special Offers and GetYourGuide Featured Products, and advise management accordingly. – Prepare regular reports on OTA revenue, booking trends, listing health, and product performance, and present findings and recommendations to management. What We’re Looking For – 1–3 years of experience managing products on OTA platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor, Klook, Airbnb Experiences, or similar platforms. – Strong understanding of online travel distribution, OTA ranking factors, and experience product optimization. – Native English speaker or native-level English proficiency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Ability to write clear, natural, and professional English content for product listings, customer messages, reviews, and platform communication. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and perform basic data analysis. – Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple listings, updates, and deadlines at the same time. – Familiarity with basic photography, copywriting, or digital marketing is an advantage. – Genuine interest in travel, tourism, and customer experience. – Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small-team environment. Nice to Have – Additional language skills, such as Spanish, Chinese, French, or other European languages. – Experience with Rezdy, FareHarbor, or other booking / channel management systems. – Background in tour operations, hospitality, destination management, or travel services. – Basic graphic design or photo editing skills, such as Canva or Lightroom. – Knowledge of SEO principles as applied to OTA content and travel product listings. Compensation & Work Arrangement – Base salary: €1,400–€1,500 per month. – Performance bonus available, based on individual performance, OTA sales results, and company policy. – Location: Alicante, Spain. – Work arrangement: On-site. – Employment type: Full-time.

    Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager – Advanced English Required The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, efficient, and cost-effective flow of materials and services. We are looking for someone capable of managing the end-to-end supply chain, from international supplier selection to inventory management and inbound logistics. Key Responsibilities Strategic Management Identify and develop global supplier panels, conducting tenders and quality audits. Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers. International Negotiation Lead negotiations in English regarding pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure favorable commercial conditions and supplier performance. Supply Planning Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding stock shortages and excessive storage costs. Monitor demand forecasts and procurement planning. Logistics Management Oversee import logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and delivery deadlines. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners. Process Optimization Implement improvements in the purchasing cycle and supply chain digitalization. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies. Technical Requirements Languages English level C1 (a technical assessment will be conducted). A second foreign language will be considered an asset. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement departments, preferably within multinational environments. Education Higher Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent qualifications. Tools Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM module) or Microsoft Dynamics. Expert-level Excel skills. Knowledge Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and cost analysis. Skills Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach. Resilience to work in global environments across different time zones.
