Under the guidance of the Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive, level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure. Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to communicate guest preferences and special requests. Minimum of 2 years of Front Office/Guest Relations experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel. Previous experience with opening of a hotel is a big plus. El puesto requiere disponibilidad total para viajar, ya que los servicios se prestan en distintos puntos del territorio, aunque la base habitual está en la provincia de Barcelona. 📋 FUNCIONES: Limpieza, mantenimiento y tratamientos técnicos en vidrios (micropulido, vinilado, laminado, protección, etc.). Intervenciones ocasionales en altura* (fachadas, góndolas, escaleras...). Preparación, carga y uso del material necesario. Ejecución de los trabajos de forma autónoma o en equipo, según el caso. Cumplimiento de los protocolos de calidad y seguridad establecidos. 🎯 REQUISITOS: Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puestos similares: limpieza técnica, mantenimiento de cristales o tratamiento de superficies. Carnet de conducir B. Disponibilidad total para viajar dentro del territorio nacional (se cubren dietas y alojamiento) Valoramos: Experiencia previa en trabajos en altura.
