EN - We are seeking a proactive and reliable Multi-Task Handyman to join our Costarentals team. You will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across our portfolio, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities: - Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs in various properties, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, adjusting door locks, fixing minor plumbing issues, and more. - Assist in the installation and upkeep of operational systems (e.g., air conditioning, electrical panels). - Support property inspections and compile maintenance reports for our management team. - Provide on-site assistance during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00) and respond to emergency calls as needed. - Proactively identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions to improve property maintenance. Requirements: - Proven experience in basic maintenance, repairs, and general handyman tasks. - Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment. - A proactive, solution-oriented approach. - Availability during standard office hours and for occasional emergency support outside these hours. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
