Why Clicars? We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead on-site IT operations and manage a team of IT Engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day IT services for employees, covering end-user support, local infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity measures, and vendor coordination. As an IT Manager, you will report to the VP of Infrastructure and be accountable for all on-site IT operations. You will collaborate with central Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to align local IT services with group standards while addressing site-specific needs. Your role is to ensure high availability, strong security, and excellent service quality across end-user computing, networking, and local infrastructure, while leading and developing an on-site IT team and managing external vendors. Mission As an IT Manager you are performing as expected if: • On-site IT services run smoothly with minimal disruption to business operations., • End-user support SLAs are consistently met, with high employee satisfaction., • Local networks, endpoints, and IT systems are stable, secure, and well-documented., • Cybersecurity measures are correctly applied and enforced at site level., • IT Engineers are engaged, well-organized, and continuously improving., • Vendors and service providers deliver according to contracts, SLAs, and cost expectations., • Keep a solid relationship and trust with the local leadership team in your country. You are their direct IT contact point. What you will do here? • Lead and manage the on-site Helpdesk team, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization, and high service quality., • Oversee day-to-day IT operations: end-user support, devices, networks, printers, meeting rooms, and local systems., • Ensure availability, performance, and security of local IT infrastructure and connectivity., • Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures in coordination with group Cybersecurity teams., • Manage endpoint lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning., • Own local incident, request, and problem management processes, ensuring SLA compliance., • Coordinate with central Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams for escalations and projects., • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers (hardware, connectivity, support)., • Track IT assets, licenses, and local IT costs, ensuring accuracy and cost control., • Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks., • Support IT projects such as office openings, relocations, or infrastructure upgrades., • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements., • Drive continuous improvement of IT services, tools, and user experience. What we need? Essential • Strong experience in IT operations and on-site infrastructure management., • Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls)., • Endpoint management (Windows, macOS, Linux), including provisioning, patching, and lifecycle., • Identity and access management fundamentals (users, roles, permissions, MFA)., • Cybersecurity basics: endpoint protection, patch management, access control, backup practices., • ITSM processes (incident, request, problem, change management)., • Experience managing IT vendors and service providers., • Proven experience leading and managing IT engineers or technicians., • English & Spanish Valuable: • Experience administering Google Workspace (user lifecycle, groups, devices, security settings, and access controls)., • Hands-on experience with endpoint protection and EDR solutions, specifically SentinelOne or equivalent., • Experience using remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools such as NinjaOne for endpoint monitoring, patching, and automation., • Strong understanding of asset management and device inventory, including lifecycle tracking and reconciliation with user access., • Practical knowledge of security and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR), including device security, access reviews, and audit support., • Ability to use scripting or light automation to improve IT operations (onboarding, patching, reporting). Experience operating IT services in multi-site and/or multi-country environments, coordinating local and central teams.
