We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • End to end Exchange Service Management Including Exchange Online with SLA and KPI reporting, various exchange policies management, monitoring, governance, security controls and administration, • Ability to manage 24x7 Critical Situation for any Exchange (Onprem/Online), Service health or unavailability related P1 issues, • Ability to Provide Service health level, Operational level, Performance level, Scalability level guidance and reviews, • Technical advisory on messaging area, Working with customer on any technology level planning related to messaging, • Working and Co-ordination with Microsoft Premier support on Services, hotfixes, patches etc, • Managing new features and releases, impact analysis, testing, issue user advisory for new feature rollout, • Develop automation scripts, test and deploy and KPI reporting on such initiatives, • Create and manage recipients, mailboxes, Shared mailbox, mailbox access, mailbox size, mail archival & features, • Manage Distribution lists, and Security group management via M365 admin portal, • Should have knowledge and good exposure in Exchange Online Migration from On-premises ( Exchange 2010/2013/2016 ) using Hybrid Configuration Wizard or 3rd Party tools, • Ability to work on 3rd party migration tools like Quest on Demand or BitTitan, • Deep Understanding of Email Gateway, Centralized/decentralized Mail Transport, EOP & MRS Proxy, • Should have good understanding on messaging troubleshooting, • Installation and configuration of Azure AD Connect/Windows AD GPO/Mail Transport, • Should have good knowledge and exposure on DLP/EOP/eDiscovery/Conditional access/ATP, • Ability to develop PowerShell script for task automation, • Outlook Client Management, • SSL Certificate management, • DAG Management, • SMTP relay agent management, • Patch Management of Exchange Onprem servers, • Archiving & Journaling management 🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, • Fluent English 📅 WHERE AND WHEN? • Workplace: C/ Santa Leonor, 65 - Madrid (Hybrid: 60% In-office / 40% remote), • Work Schedule: 12x5 Shift (7:00 – 15:00 / 11:00 – 19:00) + on call 🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU? • Permanent contract 📋 - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day., • Pay and benefits 💸 - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan, Childcare Ticket, Transport Ticket and Health Insurance)., • Work from home 🏚️ - We offer you a financial support every month for your working from home expenses.
