El candidat/a per a aquesta posició serà responsable d’implementar i mantenir els sistemes de tecnologia de la informació de l’organització des del punt de vista de la programació. REQUISITS: Nivell intermedi d'anglès. Mínim 3 anys d'experiència en un lloc similar. Enginyeria/Grau en Informàtica o similar Coneixements sòlids en llenguatges de programació (p. ex. Java, C#, Python o JavaScript). Coneixement de metodologies àgils (Scrum, Kanban). Capacitat per integrar APIs i serveis externs. RESPONSABILITATS: Desenvolupar i mantenir aplicacions internes que optimitzin les operacions de l’empresa. Integrar sistemes i aplicacions existents per millorar l’eficiència. Col·laborar amb l’equip d’IT i altres departaments per identificar necessitats i crear solucions a mida. Documentar el desenvolupament de programari i proporcionar suport continu. Realitzar proves de programari per garantir la qualitat i el rendiment. Mantenir-se actualitzat amb les noves tecnologies i metodologies de desenvolupament. My client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally, building a category-defining B2C AI platform in the agent / companionship space. The product has already scaled to tens of millions of users in a very short time, with a clear trajectory toward 100M+ users next and beyond. They are now hiring Senior Software Engineers to help scale and evolve the core product and infrastructure. You’d join a small, high-performance engineering team working directly with the CTO and product leadership in a very fast-paced environment. This is a remote-first role. While location is flexible, candidates should be based within a +/- 4-hour time difference from CET to align with team working hours. You make the product, business, user and dev decisions. What you'll do: • Speak with users to see what problems they're having / what they need, • Decide which problems are worth attacking, when and how, • Help other members of the team with issues / problems, • Build and maintain platform integrations across publishing, comments, analytics, webhooks, and ads (and what comes next), • Own features end-to-end: API endpoints, database schemas, workers, dashboard UI..., • Debug platform APIs that change without notice, • Keep the API stable as we scale - tens of thousands of calls a day You probably: • Have / have had your own projects / companies, • Have a few years writing code, ideally on a fullstack frameworkd, • Use AI to do 90% of your programming (not thinking), • Have shipped features end-to-end, • Know how and why products are build, and like being close to users, • Debug by reading source and platform docs side by side, • Treat production as your own Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Tailwind, Vercel.
