We combine the speed, drive and flexibility of a start-up with the ambition and scale of a global business. This is a place for people who want to take ownership, challenge the status quo and help build smarter ways of working across the supply chain. As global demand continues to grow and supply chains become more complex, we are looking for people who bring rigor, curiosity, courage and operational excellence to the table. What will your mission be? As Logistics Officer, you will play a key role in the daily logistics operations of Bluestone’s European distribution hub in Valencia. You will manage and coordinate logistics flows across imports, exports and intra-Europe transport, while also acting as a strong operational backbone between internal stakeholders, warehouses and logistics providers. This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, challenge inefficiencies, detect improvement opportunities and help raise the standard of execution across the logistics function. Amongst others, you will: Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for the EU division, including inbound, outbound and intercompany flows. Manage shipping documentation and logistics back-office processes with precision and reliability. Act as a key interface with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and fast issue resolution. Monitor transport performance, delivery timelines, stock movements and operational incidents. Detect bottlenecks, inconsistencies and process gaps, and proactively propose improvements. Support the optimization of logistics procedures to improve productivity, service level and profitability. Ensure logistics records, transport documentation and operational data are accurate and up to date. Collaborate closely with the wider supply chain team to improve communication flows and operational coordination. Help build a more demanding, agile and improvement-oriented way of working within the team. Contribute ideas that challenge current practices and positively push the team towards higher standards. What do we need from you? Excellent English skills are a must. Spanish is highly valued; other languages are a plus. At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain operations or a similar back-office logistics role. Hands-on experience coordinating transport, shipments, documentation and logistics workflows. Solid understanding of logistics and shipping operations, with enough practical knowledge to communicate confidently with warehouses and logistics partners. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify operational risks, errors and inefficiencies early. Good operational judgment and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. Confidence to ask questions, challenge existing ways of working and suggest better alternatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-functional and operational environments. A proactive, structured and accountable way of working. Strong learning agility and genuine curiosity to understand how things work, why they happen and how they can be improved. The maturity and presence to positively influence the team and act as a catalyst for better ways of working. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with strong judgment, sharp thinking and solid operational sense. Someone who does not just execute tasks, but also understands the logic behind them, spots what others may overlook and sees where things can be improved. You enjoy learning, asking the right questions and building a deep understanding of the operation. You want to know how things work end to end, not just complete your own part. You connect dots, question inefficiencies and bring energy to the operation. You are comfortable interacting with warehouses, transport providers and internal stakeholders, and you know how to combine service mindset with rigor and constructive challenge. Most importantly, you have the courage and mindset to help a team evolve: not by creating noise, but by raising the bar. What can you expect in Bluestone? A dynamic and international environment with real exposure to complex logistics operations. A role with space to contribute, improve and make a visible impact. The opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals across the supply chain. A company that values initiative, ownership and continuous improvement. Professional growth in a business that is evolving fast and needs people who can evolve with it.
