Our Client, designs and manufactures components for electrical connections for industrial electronics, installations, electrical panels, as well as for automation projects. DCT/PCB SALES SPECIALIST Role and Main Responsibilities Business development (sales) in Spain and Portugal, using DCT (Device Connection Technology) components as the entry point: • PCBterminal blocks, • Pluggable Connection Technology on PCB (MCS, MultiConnection System) o PCBTerminals Blocksand PCBConnectors Responsabilities • Key Account Management in Iberia with focus on DCT customers with high potential, both end customers where a specification is required but also in key EMS., • Develop success in sales both in the direct customer list but also contributing to other existing DCT customers attended by other local sales team members., • Product Support coordination with the local sales team., • Analyze advanced interconnection solutions for DCT clients, and potentially third-party products/services, increasing the brand awareness, sales, market share and number of customers in the DCT industry in Spain and Portugal., • Global project coordination starting in Iberia, that might involve other countries., • Report activity through advanced CRM solutions and Opportunity Management., • Fluent contact with HQ and other countries especially with Product Management and DCT Sales Team. Internal • Alignment with international information and success stories, • Contribution to international meetings, both sales and product management., • Continuous teamwork with the rest of the Iberian commercial team, including regional and distribution managers. Candidate Profile • Superior Engineering Degree, Bachelor's or Technical Engineering in Industrial Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar fields., • Minimum English level: B2 (Business Proficiency)., • Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales of DCT components or solutions., • Minimum 5 years of proven integration in sales teams, planning objectives by client, product line, and sales; tracking with KPIs; preparing budgets by account, person, geographic area, industry, etc., • Able to travel frequently along Spain and Portugal, including several nights out of home every month., • High level of presentation and interpersonal skills to successfully develop customer relationships and internal links to the rest of the national and international teams., • Senior experience in customer negotiation, considering different aspects including pricing., • Desirable: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturer or distributor of PCB Other Aspects • Will report directly to the General Manager in Iberia and will be functionally aligned with the Head of Sales DCT South Europe. xcskxlj, • Sales KPIs will consider both sales in the direct customer list and total sales DCT in Spain and Portugal., • Other KPIs for evaluation related to customer visits, number of DCT accounts, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
