Must be a German speaker. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, sparking interest and opening doors for our Account Executives to close. Whether you're partnering with Marketing to refine messaging or sharing insights with Sales to sharpen our outreach, your voice will help shape how we grow. This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, contribute early, and build a successful career in SaaS sales. What you'll do • Own the top of the sales funnel: you’ll identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads with speed and precision., • Build meaningful conversations with stakeholders—often up to C-level—by understanding their challenges and connecting them to the value of Lucanet’s platform., • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth, arranging in-person/virtual meetings., • Use tools like Salesloft, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage your outreach, track activity, and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene., • Share insights from your conversations to help refine messaging, improve targeting, and shape our go-to-market strategy., • Embrace feedback, coaching, and experimentation as part of your growth—this is a role where learning fast and iterating often is key to success. What you bring to the table • A strong foundation for a career in sales—whether through academic achievement, early professional experience, or a demonstrated interest in commercial roles., • Demonstrated success in executing strategic outbound campaigns. You thrive on the challenge of initiating new conversations, building relationships, and opening doors that create real commercial opportunities., • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to build trust and credibility across a range of stakeholders, including C-level executives., • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
