Responsibilities: • Welcome residents and visitors, coordinating with Security when necessary., • Act as the main point of contact for residents, assisting with requests and providing personalized service., • Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications., • Resolve complaints in coordination with Management., • Manage resident services efficiently and proactively., • Report security, maintenance, or cleanliness issues., • Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information., • Provide outstanding, branded, and professional customer service., • Maintain strong knowledge of local restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation., • Build and maintain a database of suppliers and trusted vendors., • Maintain positive relationships with merchants and collaborators., • Create a monthly newsletter featuring city events. Schedule: • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (8-hour rotating shifts), • Possible schedule extension in the future., • Two concierges cannot be off on the same day
